I offer individual psychological counseling in Zurich or online, supporting you in gaining clarity about your emotions, needs, and thoughts.

Together, we explore your current situation, activate inner resources, and develop concrete steps toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.

Whether you're dealing with self-doubt, relationship stress, overwhelm, or a general sense of disorientation, I help you reconnect with yourself and open up new possibilities for change.

Sessions take place in a safe, respectful space, tailored to your pace and your personal concerns. Counseling is available in German or English.

Duration and costs

The cost for an individual session is CHF 170 for a duration of 55 minutes.

In-Person or Online Counseling

Counseling sessions are available either in person at my practice in Zurich or online via video consultation.

Participation health insurance 

Psychological counseling is recognized by several supplementary insurance providers, and part of the costs may be reimbursed. Please contact your insurance company in advance to clarify the details of your individual coverage.
