When your daily life works, but your nights stay heavy
Maybe this sounds familiar: You’ve talked about it with friends probably more than once. Maybe you’ve even tried therapy, read the books, or just tried to figure it out on your own. You keep yourself busy, go to work, meet up with people.
And yet, it’s still there regardless of whether it was a long-term relationship, a situationship, or something that was never quite defined. Heartbreak doesn’t care what it was officially called.
And at the end of the day, you lie in bed and realize: You’ve done everything right and still, there’s this feeling of being all alone with it.
Not because nobody is listening to you. But because there’s a difference between someone understanding you and someone actually feeling the exact same thing right now.
Healing together: Navigating your breakup within a community
That’s exactly what this group is for.
Here, you will meet people who are at a similar point in their journey as you. Not "over it," but right in the thick of it.
Whether you have no one to really talk to in your everyday life, whether you feel misunderstood by your friends, or whether you are simply looking for this group as a safe, additional support system alongside everything you already have: You belong here.
How group support helps after a breakup
Heartbreak is lonely, but you don't have to carry it alone. In this group, your feelings are validated by others who truly get it.
